I needed some replacement parts and they had them ready without making it a whole thing. It was easy, quick, and just felt like a big relief.

I used the site to look for something specific, and after clicking around for a bit, I was able to find what I needed. It wasn’t too difficult, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I think the menus could be a little clearer. Overall, it was an okay experience and got the job done.

I had a small issue with my order from wearpump.com, so I reached out to support. To be fair, I wasn’t exactly in a rush because I had a busy week anyway, but they got back to me the next day and were helpful. It took a little back and forth to get everything sorted out, and maybe I could’ve explained the issue better the first time too. They stayed polite the whole time and fixed it in the end. Not the fastest support ever, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it

Payment went through really smoothly. I didn’t run into any weird issues, and when I checked with support they basically said, “Yep, everything looks good on our end.” Hassle-free overall.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and the first thing I noticed is that the build feels really solid. Nothing feels loose or cheap, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Based on my experience up to this point, it seems well made.

I really wanted to like this, but the leak resistance just wasn’t as good as I hoped. It was fine for a little while, but once I was moving around a bit, I started noticing small leaks and kept feeling like I had to check it. It’s hard to describe, but it just made me feel a little on edge instead of confident using it. Maybe it works better for some people, but for me it didn’t feel reliable enough.

I got exactly what I chose, as far as I can tell, the size was right and the color matched too. I was kind of expecting there might be a mixup, but nope, everything came correctly.

The product itself was actually okay, which I was relieved about, but the packaging didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
The box showed up crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. It looked like someone packed it in a hurry. Somehow nothing was damaged, so I guess that’s a plus, but it felt like luck more than anything.
For the price, I expected a little more care. It wasn’t a terrible purchase, and the item did what it was supposed to, but I’m not totally convinced I’d order it again unless the packaging improves

The pump itself works fine, but the battery life has been frustrating. I feel like I’m charging it constantly, even when I’m just using it normally. It’s especially annoying when I’m out and it dies way sooner than I expected. Also, the way it was handled or packed seemed a bit careless, which didn’t exactly give me a great first impression. It’s not the worst product, but I’m definitely not thrilled with it

I checked over the parts and they seem safe to me, umm, no weird smell or anything like that. I do wish there was a bit more info about the materials, but overall I’m happy with it.

I was kinda worried cleaning it would be annoying, but it’s actually been simple. The pieces come apart easy and they dry quick too. I just rinse it out and give it a quick wash after using it, and so far it hasn’t been a big hassle at all

I haven’t timed it or done any real testing, but the battery definitely seems to charge faster than I expected. So far it’s usually ready again before I actually need it, which has been nice. No complaints yet.

The pump does what it’s supposed to do, but the noise is a lot louder than I expected. It gets annoying if you’re using it every day. it feels like a preventable issue that could’ve been fixed with better design or sound dampening

It works okay, but I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. I was expecting a bit more for the price.

I wore this to work and no one seemed to notice or say anything. It sits well under clothes and doesn’t really show, so I’m happy with that.

I know some people expect everything to arrive instantly, but I got the tracking email after a couple days and it updated well enough for me to see where my package was. It wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it wasn’t a big issue. The package showed up in good shape and nothing was missing. It did arrive a day later than I expected, so sure, it wasn’t perfect, but overall I’m happy with the delivery

I got my order from wearpump the material is soft, so no complaints there. It’s comfortable enough for everyday wear. The fit was a bit hit or miss for me though. The waist felt right, but the front was tighter than I expected, even after I checked the size chart?! Not terrible overall, just not perfect. I might try a different style next time or maybe size up, but I’m still not totally sure.

Well... it actually has good capacity and holds more than I expected. I do still end up emptying it once, but overall it’s been working fine for me.
